Project

We were commissioned by MultyFlex, the Australian distributor of premium Sub-zero and Wolf kitchen appliances, to produce two illustrations to promote the opening of their new retail space in Melbourne.

The brief asked Simon to deliver two charcoal drawings of wolves that would be applied initially as large screens to the store windows during renovation work. Our objective was to announce the arrival of this prestigious brand in Melbourne, and working with MultyFlex, we developed a concept based on a call and response scenario that could play out across the entire store frontage.

We depicted a howling wolf, in profile, calling from a distant position, and for the foreground, a second wolf, peering around the window frame and seemingly investigating the new location.

The illustrations were subsequently used in print and online to coincide with the grand opening. The original artworks were retained and displayed in the store.
